XBR webinar poll results and recording

For a second year in a row, we held a public webinar to expose customers to our long-term roadmap plans and discuss some of the details behind our XBR initiative. This year, we had over 800 people attend a series of 3 sessions where we talked in more detail about the UI changes, graphics and simulation efforts.
